After TELUS made the news for blocking a labour friendly web site to all those who access the Internet through their service, I offered my support to the group. That was when I started to get harassed from someone who called themselves Ned Flanders. I told him to get lost so he sent in his lawyer to threaten me, David Wotherspoon.
I did a search for the lawyer on Google and found his official web site. When I saw the guy's photo I couldn't believe it. Here's this guy who looks like a skinny little high school geek threatening me stating he's watching me. That's when I took his picture, put a clown nose on it and said watch this. Someone else who thought he had pointy ears sent me a copy of the photo they made of him with the spock ears.
I made that joke about him being seen on the TV show Beauty and the Geek. Shortly thereafter he changed the photo he had posted and put a more recent one up instead of the one from his high school year book. Kind of like how Peter Gall put that very old photo of himself on his site before he got that huge double chin and started to look like humpty dumpty. Kind of like if I posted a picture of myself back when I had hair before I got fat.
Anyways, David Wotherspon might have been a high school geek and still might need to put on a few pounds before he could punch his way out of a wet paper bag, but look at him now. He has sure become a huge corporate censorship bully with a huge law firm and is very well paid for it. He had all those TELUS Idol videos taken of you tube on a bogus copyright claim as well as a whole list of other videos his client didn't want made public that they had no copyright claim on whatsoever.
He had that photo of his client with the Pinocchio nose taken off facebook on yet another bogus copyright claim. He had the video clips of TELUS Idol taken off my web site as well as You tube on a bogus copyright claim with no order to show. Now he is just a bully who threatens servers with legal action while the servers who don't care if he is right or wrong, comply just because they don't want to spend money on a law suit. This is where, as Canadian Internet free speech lawyer Michael Geist puts it, TELUS crossed the line, again and this is where Free Speech dies.
He recently sends me another e-mail entitled "My letter to you" that quotes all this very private personal financial information about me. He goes on to say that the reason I am harassing his client is because I am such a failure and his client is such a success. Gag. Our net worth is not what we own. Regardless, I tell him that I wouldn't care less if Darren made $12 billion a year. As long as he doesn't exploit people and export the Canadian economy over seas to get it. Me harassing Darren? That's a joke alright. Darren is the offender not the victim. If the lawyers stopped censoring all the evidence, the world would see that clearly.
Now, this is his latest Christmas wish list or should I say Demand. He is demanding my server disable my web site or disable a few pages within my web site and is threatening legal action against them in a Canadian court where the laws of defamation go further than in the United States. Yeah haul them all into Canada for that. Really makes sense ninja not. I am responsible for what I post on my web site not my server. I accept legal liability. They are responsible to comply with court orders not threats from skinny geeks.
Dave Wotherspopon takes offense to my statement on this web page where I said his client, Darren Entwistle lies. He then goes on to claim that in Canada I am guilty until proven innocent and that the burden of proof is on me to establish what I have said is not defamation but truth. Well lets see now... this video clip on a news report that he had taken off You tube in his fraudulent copyright claim showed that his client lied about the off shore call centres. He also lied about owning copyright to that video clip.
This application Darren made through Ronald Lopez in San Francisco lied and said TELUS Idol was really called TELUS VOIP, was an original work and was about TELUS' voice over Internet protocol. That was clearly a lie. Shall I continue? Do you really want me to? When you see the video clips I have of TELUS Idol, you will agree Darren Entwistle is a pig. That opinion has validity and TELUS Idol is the evidence of that. BTW If anyone wants to see the four short video clips I have of TELUS Idol just send me an e-mail and I will gmail them to you.
Mr. Wotherspoon claims the photo of Darren with a Pinocchio nose was taken off facebook on a copyright breach. False. Alleged copyright breach. All I had to do was file another counterclaim but since I am already tied up in the You tube copyright claim I didn't bother. I still say it is a lie. If I didn't you would say that I have either admitted it was true or failed to deny it like you always do. So which is it? Deny things and fulfill my burden of proof or just shut up so you can keep sending out slander and say that I have admitted or failed to deny illegal activity. Let me post a blanket disclaimer: "Everything David Wotherspoon or Ronald Lopez says about me I clearly deny."
Please note that TELUS claims copyright to the photo of the gagged lady tied in the chair. Now why would TELUS claim copyright on that? Please advise. The reason he wants to get the "Scab Hall of Shame" taken off the Internet on a bogus proxy copyright claim is because that page comes up number one when you search for him on Google. Imaging that. When you kick against the pricks, you're gonna get hurt. I'll admit it, I am a prick. Kick me and it will hurt. Just ask the long list of lawyers who have tried to censor me. Buyer beware. Word. Now get outta my grill and sit the f*ck down B*tch.
