This wasn't a private residence, this was a law firm open for business. It's not like they were closed because our Case Management Conference was scheduled for December 13 2007. I guess that isn't a reputable firm after all. Shady shizters so they are. Shame on you Ronald Lopez.
BTW In Judge Walker's order calling for the Case Management Conference paragraph 1. states that the Plaintiff is directed to serve copies of that order on all parties to that action and shall file an appropriate certificate of service with the court. Paragraph 2. of that order states "Failure to serve the summons, complaint and this order pursuant to FRCP 4 and 5 shall be presumptive evidence of lack of prosecution and subject the complaint to dismissal under FRCP 41 (b)."
You never served me that order until after the revised Case Management Conference date. I filed a request for a telephone appearance for an ADR conference because that is what I thought it was.
