Now you are hiding the Scandal to break the Union and exploit the employees. Shame on you! Brian Canfield used to care about the company. Now he is helping Darren Entwistle destroy it. Why did you get in a fist fight with Petty just because he wanted to buy Clearnet for $2 billion and you kiss Entwistle's ass for buying it for six? Buying Clearnet was always a good idea. How can you rationalize Entwistle's Caligula Era? It's time to blow the whistle on Entwistle and fight corruption from within. Even the stocks are falling not to mention customer service. What kind of Canadian lives in the U.S. to hide from taxes?
TELUS Employees have been without a contract for five years ever since Darren Entwistle took over as CEO. TELUS hasn't been on strike for 24 years. Everyone knows that business profits from labour peace and that locking the employees out while flamboyantly bragging about unlawful bad labour practices will CAUSE a conflict and devastate a companies profits and productivity not to mention their credibility for customer service. Supply and demand confirms that businesses profit from labour peace.
The first thing to do is get rid of Darren Entwistle until the many scandals can be properly investigated. Darren Entwistle wants to move on to the TD Bank anyways. Let him go now. Please! Before he does any more damage to a once proud and productive company that took years to build. It was built with good old fashion elbow grease and customer service. Not Caligula style drunken bashes with skirt chasing harassment and discrimination.
Justice doesn't mean you give the Union everything they want nor does it mean you give Management everything they want. TWU recognizes that because they have agreed to binding arbitration. Darren Entwistle has refused because he wants more more more before he runs off to TD Bank in his slash and burn quest to clear cut unions from the country.
TELUS Idol was nothing new. Darren Entwistle ushered in his Caligula era with his Banff 2000 leadership seminar where he forced ethical TELUS Leadership to watch obscene clips from "R" rated movies. By chasing away all leadership with a religious affiliation or an ethical position, he created his TEAM Caligula to secure his position within the TELUS Empire.
Darren Entwistle has consistently violated the TELUS Ethics Policy. His own words convict him by stating no one is except from the TELUS Ethics Policy without approval from the Board of Directors. How can the Board of Directors give Entwistle a bonus for being immoral and breaking the law? Locking the employees out and then holding secret meetings to bribe them to cross a legal picket line and leave the Union is illegal! TEMPO strike back!
What do the TWU MEMBERS want? A preservation of the status quo. Record profits mean roll backs are not necessary. Wages are already agreed upon. No contracting out. No offshore call centres. No more Kool Aid.
