Shelagh the Blight runs
against Lila Hacket for Business agent
That's a hard choice. Lila Hacket, tried, tested and proven champion of the people or Shelagh the Blight, Bruce Bell's evil sorceress. What do we know about Lila? Hmmm the only one strong enough to vote against the betrayal and secret merger. What do we know about Shelagh? Well Shelagh was a witness with Bruce Bell against Jim Christensen in the tit for tat charges against him. After those charges failed she sent an e-mail out on behalf of Bruce Bell's shadow caucus organizing yet another set of charges against Jim in a double Jeopardy vindictive rampage. According to Nancy, Shelagh was the quarterback collecting all the signatures against Jim the first time. We won't even mention how she treated TWU members on the VFC ert forum... much. Me thinks Shelagh want's Lila's ruby slippers. Unfortunately, vindictiveness can't buy character Shelagh.

Jim Chrstensen's Affidavit before Judge Grove
Decision of the Trial Board Between:
Nancy Curley, Marcel Lafond, Antonio Candido, Tim Taylor, Wesley Nakano, Bernice Hofbauer, Loreen Merriman, David Michie, Nancy Zamora, Al Friesen, Ron Driscoll, and Fran Miller
("The Accusers") and
Jim Christensen ("The Accused")
Witness List for the Accusers: Fran Miller, Bernice Hofbauer, Shelagh White, Bruce Bell.
Witness List for the accused: Kathy Pearn, Lori Ruggles, Jim Christensen
After hearing all testimony and reviewing all evidence the Trial Board Decision on Dereliction of duty is NOT GUILTY.
Judge Grove Decision - Super Grover!
| This is before the Judge Grove decision where Bruce Bell sued Jim Christensen when he was charged with dereliction of duty under the TWU Constitution as per the counsel of Justice Smith in his decision paragraph 30. Bruce Almighty claimed they were not allowed to do that and Judge Silverman said yes they were. You can fool some of the people some of the time Bruce but you can't fool all of the people all of the time so you can't. |

Betty Carrasco runs against Peter Massey for VP... Not!
Peter Massey sacrafices himself so Bruce Bell can kick the cat
What's wrong with that rat?
One of these three is not like the other...

Bruce Bell and Peter Massey take on Betty Carrasco
Peter, Peter, Pumkin eater. Had a president and couldn't keep him
Poor Peter. He closed his eyes and kept talking sh*t for far too long
Sherryl Anderson runs for Secretary-Treasurer.
She was with us when the Teamsters rocked the boot
In support of Ken Birzneck who was assaulted by AFI
Tamara Marshall is another shining light running on the same card as Lila.
She is young, talented and is Lori and Lila's Apprentice.

HeyRob is running for Mimi's position.
If we can't have Mimi then HeyRob is the next logical choice.
Don't forget our Wonderful Alternate as well.
How about a judicial review for Mimi?
Don Stang is Dr Dre himself. He's the man so he is.

Tim Taylor is running against Don Stang for BA. Good luck Tim. Don Stang was the leader of the Brave 66 so he was. He's got my support. Tim Taylor charged Jim Christensen the first time. The stories we could tell you about Tiny Tim. The lights on but nobody's home.

Bellites are sure hard to find these days:

Word is, they'll even threaten to sue you if you post a picture of them
with him at a secret caucus barbecue on the Internet.
Tim and Shelagh on their way to Convention:
Alison Kuzyk runs against George Doubt for TWU National President!
Birds of a feather flock together.
I welcome Alison Kuzyk into the ring. That is what democracy is all about. Contested elections are good things. Since Bruce Bell has ruthlessly and consistently steamrolled over the democratic will of the TWU membership, I think it is important for the members to know where the candidates stand on the issues. This is one of the rare cases where taking a look at who endorses who speaks volumes.
If Bruce Bell was running for President again, (ba ha ha ha) he would lose. But if he did, Alison Kuzyk would not run against him. They are, shall we say, running on the same slate so to speak. Now, please don't get me wrong. There is absolutely nothing wrong with candidates pooling together and running on the same slate. I just think it is important for the members to know who endorses who or shall I say who endorses what kind of behavior and who does not.
Who is the undisputed TWU champion of worker rights? Lila Hacket. She endorses George Doubt. RBH endorses George Doubt. Not that it matters but even Finian endorses George Doubt. Why? Wait'll I tell ye. I've met him so I have. I've seen him operate and I know many who endorse him who know him better than I. Gil Perron from the Serve Workers Union endorses George Doubt. Gil is a B.C. legend in Union activism. Back in his day he was responsible for shutting the docks down on strike and showed me the stacks of legal petitions naming him and suing him for it. If Gil Perron endorsed George Doubt for having worked with him in the past, that speaks volumes so it does and if Lila Hacket endorses him, IMO that says it all. Bloody hell man, a trained monkey would be better than Bruce Bell or one of his Storm Troopers so it would.
The gray areas have vanished in this dispute and the Brave 66 have led the battle for democracy. Bruce Bell sued them for doing what their members asked them to do. Something that had been done twice before within the TWU. However, Bruce was the first president to sue the delegates who didn't vote for him and apply to the courts for a restraining order preventing them from voting in a democratic election. Alison Kuzuk was named as a plaintiff in that action.
Don't you dare tell me that had anything to do with honouring the constitution. Those same people thew out the constitution when they railroaded the devil's deal with Buzz Hargrove. Bruce Bell turned down a special mediator before we marched on the CLRB demanding one. If that is not treason, I don't know what is. Alison Kuzyk and the rest of Bruce Bell's flailing Storm Troopers support that. I do not. Let the candidates and their endorsements speak, then call the question and count the votes. That is democracy.
Finian still says: "Vote for Pedro." "Don't split the vote Jedi!"
RBH was a soldier of Rome. Honour him!
A message from rbh: "If it weren't for Brother Doubt's courage in taking a
stand the damage Bell and Massy tried to reek upon the membership would have been
complete. Courageous stands by Brother Doubt, Sister Hackett and Sister Fast were needed
to alert the membership to the lies and backroom deals. Remember that as a member of the
executive, the member has one of two decisions, either support the TWU executive, or
resign. Rather than betray the membership, Brother Doubt resigned. |
